If there are one or more working areas and the loading area is to remain free, the use of sliding table machines is advantageous. Sliding table machines offer maximum safety and ergonomics in the loading area, as this is freely accessible. To machine the workpiece, it is pushed automatically to the rear into the working area or into successive working areas. This makes sliding table machines particularly suitable for workpieces that require somewhat higher cycle times during ultrasonic machining.

Depending on the number of machining stations in the machine, the sliding table concept can be implemented with a crank drive or an NC axis. In addition, other standardized designs such as bridges or a C-frame can be combined in the machine.
