Hot stamp riveting
High bond strength with short cycle times
Hot riveting is a form-fitting or butt-fitting, non-detachable process for joining plastics. Thermoplastic domes are melted via energy coupling and then formed with a punch. No consumables such as screws are required - this saves costs. It is also possible to join a wide variety of material pairings.
