Multiple process steps with particularly short cycle times

Rotary indexing plate machines enable several process steps in parallel and to realize particularly short cycle times. Depending on the application, the rotary indexing plate machines are divided into two or three stations. Whilst the operator is assembling the loading area, the workpieces are processed in parallel at the individual stations in the working area.

This machine concept offers various standardized designs, e.g. with  indexing in two or three stations. Further machine elements such as a bridge or a quick tool change system can be integrated.
