Flexible solution for different cable cross-sections

The iSONIC ECO CUBE MWL is designed for the ultrasonic welding of cables and stranded wires. High-frequency vibrations join the metal conductors under defined pressure, creating a solid-state, electrically conductive connection without additional consumables such as solder or flux.

The system is suitable for joining copper and aluminium conductors and enables the economical processing of different cable cross-sections. The integrated control system monitors and regulates the relevant process parameters, providing the basis for consistent and reliable welding results.

Easy handling and reliable welding ouality

The iSONIC ECO CUBE MWL combines the ultrasonic generator, welding head and application-specific tooling in a compact machine concept. Its 20 kHz ultrasonic technology is specifically designed for joining stranded wires and cables.

The sonotrode and anvil are designed for different cable sizes and applications, allowing the system to be flexibly adapted to the respective welding task. Copper and aluminium stranded wires with cross-sections from 0.5 to 18 mm² can be processed. The service-friendly tooling concept allows tools to be replaced quickly and easily when required, helping to keep maintenance costs low.

The 3 kW ultrasonic generator provides the power required for the welding process. Welding energy, welding time, amplitude and other process parameters can be set and monitored via the generator.
